So i want to be able to fill in an order form by just entering in the item numbers and quantities. I need that item number to pull the entire row from my item list (another tab) The row consists of maybe 4 or 5 cells. Thank You!

look at examples of VLookUp formula. You should be able to pull the 'item description', 'unit rate' etc... from the item number itself - so long as it is unique and properly tabulated in the other tab.
