Just found this forum, it looks great. This is my first posting. What does the symbols (let me call them a fat plus sign and a plus sign with arrows) that show up on columns mean? I think the plus sign with arrows on the ends mean the columns can be expanded.
Are you referring to the mouse cursor, when you hover over various elements of the workbook?
