I need to have a summary sheet created listing just the items ordered from order form.

I have an order form that list every items available. I would love to have a summary sheet that listed only those items with quantity greater than 0.

Is this possible?

Very limited EXCEL knowledge about this type of thing.

I am not particularly skilled with excel, but I think I have a solution for you.
I had a fiddle with your sample sheet and have put a table in J9:O23. The formula is an array so the cntrl-shift-enter keys need to be pressed together to enter it. The value in J7 is just a count of the number of results that should be in the table.
The table is only populated by products with a value greater than zero in the D column. I have only run the formula between rows 9 and 119 because there are some merged cells below row 119 and I am not sure how they will effect the formula.
