How to transpose two tables to make a one?

    Hi Forum,

I wanted to create table 3 using table 1 and table 2 (pl see “Sheet1” tab in the attached).

    My attempt:
    In tab “Sheet2”, I have created new 3 variables namely v1, v2 and v3.
Then I attempted to create a v-look up function in cell K18.

Admittadly these are just assembling a few disjoint pieces I picked up and I do not have any clear knowledge how to make the table 3 using tables 1 and 2 employing v-lookup (or something like that).

Q: Could you please help me to create table 3 without using Excel’s menu-driven functions, namely, “copy > paste special > transpose”.

    Thank you for your expertise.

Maybe 2 separate index match formula would do. See attached.
