Copy and Paste no longer showing the "marching ants."

Hey guys: When I copy and paste in excel, I no longer get the rotating green dotted line around the selected cells. This is somewhat hindering when I want to verify what exactly I've copied. Is there a way to get my rotating green lines back? Thanks in advance!

I did just switch to Chrome and I added a plugin for Big Commerce. Where would I find a hidden toolbar? I feel we are making progress.
