Is there an easy was to have Excel capitalize all the letters in the first and last name of peoples names in a spreadsheet. I have 500 peoples names entered in a data base with just the first letter of the first and last names capitalized and I would like all the letters to be capitalized.
Sorry if this has been covered but I looked and didn't find anything. Really appreciate any and all help. Thank You in advance.

If my names start in D12 and then down from there D13, D14, where do I put the =upper () formula. Very new to all this.
You will need to put it in an empty column (what you could call a helper column). You can then copy the results in the helper column and "Paste Values" into D12 down if you don't wish to keep the helper column.
