Help required with creating amendable boxes with images as backgrounds

First time poster so please be kind!

At the moment we have a very basic excel document to use in a shop for POS.

we type up the basic info we need in various boxes etc. the only equation is what it would cost a customer to put it on layaway

however i've seen pictures of some POS that another store uses - i've asked them if we could have a copy and they've basically ignored us.

that is what i'm wanting to create or something similar.

where the back of the sections is black i'd like it white with a box. the images are great but the data under it needs to be changeable whilst keeping everything else same.

like i said at the moment we have very very basic ones - so any assistance would be great
