Add Information to a cell, from another worksheet :multiple rows and columns

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to attach or link information from another worksheet into a cell. I would like to be able to see part of another worksheet including multiple cells and columns. I tried using Data Validation but it only allows me to select one column. I also tried to input message however this is very lengthy since I would have to enter all the info manually... I need to do this for twelve worksheets with 22 sub-categories each... I would like to be able to display this info only when I click on the specific cell, is it possible to do this?

From your description, it is difficult to understand specifically what you are expecting the workbook to accomplish. Would you be able to attach a sample workbook with the data filled out as you expect it to look with your desired results?
