Hi,
I have an excel sheet used to calculate km driven with my car. This sheet has 19 rows for meg to add data, but i need about 40. How do I increase the number of rows, copying the formulas so that the total in last row gets correct?

I would appreciate any tips.

Select a row number
For example, Select row number 14, right click and select copy
Select A15:A20
Right click and select "Insert Copied Cells"

Can not get this to work though. When i right click after selecting rows A15 to A20 I only get the option to "Insert", Not "Insert Copied Cells". This results in 6 new rows but without formulas.
I am on mac and Excel mac 2011 if that has anything to say.
It works in 2011 for me. Which build number do you have?
