How to format all cells to CAPS

Hi all,

So currently spending alot of time re writing data into CAPS, you guys helped me a bunch with my last query a few months ago and thought I would tap into the collective knowledge base once more.

easiest way to explain exacly what i'm trying to achieve would be to show you.
find attached a before(incorrect) and after(correct).

While VBA would be the cleanest option, you can make this very easy by using the UPPER formula. You can create new columns to the right, so for example, if A1 = hello, you can do B1 = UPPER(A1) to get HELLO
