enable edit and save of a shared excel file

    Hello all,

we got this file on our shared network drive and it is used by three users and many times we have to open
edit and save at the same time. Each time a user opens it says read only/notify and can not edit unless the
other user exits. So is there any way that users can open and edit at one time and if possible to auto-save like every one minute ? can other users see instantly after saving what others did within the file ?

    thanks for any info

In order to see the changes one user has made to the file, the other users will also need to click Save (or close and re-open the file.
