group and move to x/y axis ?

hi

i have a sheet that contains data on multiple columns that apply to a cell in the first. i would like data so that its only in 2 columns ..

Column A Column b Column C
86939406 USA Japan on and on and on
86939766 USA Canada
86940222 USA Mexico

to
Column A Column b
86939406 USA
86939406 Japan
86939766 USA
86939766 Canada
86940222 USA
86940222 Mexico

any easy way to do this ?

This might be a Crosstab to Table arrangement that I've written a macro to reformat. See the attached with the macro in it. You will want to use ONE fixed column with your data.
