hi -im new to the group and useless and getting rosta type formulae to work

Hi hope someone can help,
I have 3 people working a 7 day shift pattern, R,A,L 40,40,30 hrs per week - all work 10 hr shifts currently
what i need is a rosta to cover the full week but allowing 1 full weekend off per month for each- other weekends can be split
I can change the hrs to 8 per day for R & A with L working 4 dyss at 7.5 if it helps.

Any pointers or assistance would be great
