Dragging down from the right-hand corner doesn't increment the formula

I've got a cell with a formula in that looks like this:

    ='M:\2015 Drive\Standard\[Copy of Pricing and Quote Calculator 9th November 2015.xlsx]Pricing Matrix'!$F$13

and let's say that value is £20.

When I hover over the bottom-right of the cell (so I get the little plus symbol) and drag down, it simply replicates the same formula all the way down the column.

I've gone into Excel options and made sure Workbook Calculation is set to Automatic under the 'Formulas' heading, and under the 'Advanced' heading, Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop is also enabled.

Any ideas why this might not be working?

    Thanks in advance.

The problem is that you have locked cell F13 by adding the dollar sign $. Remove these and the cells will change when you drag it down to F14, F15 etc.
    ='M:\2015 Drive\Standard\[Copy of Pricing and Quote Calculator 9th November 2015.xlsx]Pricing Matrix'!F13
