    how to calculate greater than and less than for my work book

    Dear all

    i have some data to arrange depth (no) wise and i used this (=COUNTIF(G2:G18,">=XXX")) formula but its showing to me wrong answer so if its possible without using pivot table pls help and also i attached here what what i did...

    Note:

    i am beginner for excel...

    i apply ur formula ans is come but when i check the total of row its showing wrong

    for expl: i have 17 rows but there ans showing 18 rows
