Help solving plus and minus for linens

Hi! Im a newbie here as well as on excel formulas, can anyone help me on solvin?
i need the BASE subtracted whenever the Hotel 1 and 2 adds number and when the soiled comes back it will be deducted on the hotel 1 and 2 and it will detect loses..

Yes what? I'm sorry, but you are not explaining what you want clearly. What result (number) do you expect to see in cell N2 and why?
