I have a message box that should view a number from a cell, the number format in the cell is accounting, on the message box it is not the same. For exmaple: my cell value is: 1,354,295.29 and it appears on the message box as: 1354295.293458.

Try using the Text property of the cell.

by this method you can choose whatever numeric format you want
