Return percentage based on range of cells from two columns

I know this is probably going to be a very simple formula but still learning.

I want to sum a range of cells say O5:017 and then divide this by a range of cells N5:N17 to calculate a percentage but this is returning a #VALUE! so clearly doing something wrong.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Does this work for you?

=SUM(O5:O17)/SUM(N5:N17)

Format the cell as a %

Didn't add the sum part to N range of cells.

Worked a treat thank you, easy when you know how haha
