Matching data together (user/password/email)

So I made a big boo boo and I'm hoping someone has a good way to solve it.

I have an excel spreadsheet with username/password database and it's pretty long.

Previously before I started my position, we used username/email instead of .. entirely instead of username/password.

(Fullname has no use in my new spreadsheet)

I want to consolidate both spreadsheets and link all the passwords from my spreadsheet to their possible email match from the old one.

So the end result would be that it will scour the excel spreadsheet for the email to attach to the password that's already in my database.

I really hope that made sense because I know I'm not explaining it well.

You could perhaps use VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to find the email addresses.

With so little information, it is hard to be specific.
