Switching 1 column's multiple (repeating) values to Headers?

Dear community,

I hope you are all well. New to this so bare with me!

I'm collecting data on several countries for a research project.

The attachment below has two sheets:
1) Original: What it's like at the moment.
2) Final: What I'm trying to get it to look like.

I want to be able to:
1) Make the data look like the Final sheet.
2) Filter Data without jumbling up Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3.

Any help is appreciated! And thank you in advance!

Hi, welcome to the forum

Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
