Saving as a single PDF

    Saving as a single PDF

    Good evening,

    I have create a Workbook in Excel that has several sheets. I would like to save them as a combined single PDF, however when I 'save as PDF' it creates separate PDFs, rather than a single PDF with all sheets in.

    Is there a way to combine all sheets into one PDF?

    Many thanks for any help you can give.

    Hi Cmorgan,

    Try the following:
    a. Hold down the CTRL key, and 'Left Click' the TAB for each addtional Sheet you want to include.
    b. Then select Save As Pdf.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I'm using a Mac and tried it with that. CTRL didn't work as didn't highlight the tabs, so used the CMD key that does, but it still put it as separate sheets. Is this a Mac quirk?
