There are 211,000 lines of Data in that zip file so it is important to know what the original format was, ie: is it / was it a .csv file ?

Hi BlindAley,
It is .TXT
Thanks,
Anabelle
Sorry, I should have asked this in my last post - "and how did you convert it into an Excel File ?"
Hi,
I actually just copy ALL and paste it into excel.
Thanks,
Anabelle
This file appears to have wrapped lines and other formatting before being brought into Excel.
Can you upload the original TXT file?

Hi newdoverman,
It's a txt file. I actually just copy all and paste it into excel.
I would like to but I can't see the attached button on the reply area.
Thanks,
Anabelle
Oh OK - not quite what I had in mind
I have a professional Extract & Conversion Program which I use to convert Bank Statements and other Documents into Excel for clients of mine.
On reply, scroll down and use the Go Advanced Option to attach a file
Anabelle,
I reset the file back into a txt file and am now running the Conversion into Excel, it has converted 1 page so far in 2 minutes but it is converting the file into columns that you will be able to work with. Only 50,000 pages to go - e-mail me in August Later edit - It is working quite well now - should I continue ?

Directions to attach a file. This is the same procedure that you used to attach your Zip file. Zip the TXT file and upload.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Thank you BlindAlley and NewDoverman for all the help.
But my boss decided not to push through with this report.
