Changing Page Size - Only gives label size options

I saved labels on Friday and today Excel only gives me label size page sizes as options.
When I open an existing Excel document - I get a message that Margins do not fit page size.
When I select OK the document changes to label size. I went to page layout and the drop down menu for paper size only gives me label size options to change it to.
If I open a new document - the new blank page size options are also label sized. see attached
I need to have 8 1/2 x 11 size.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello etouch,

Unfortunately you will have to provide us with a sample Workbook, in order to assist you with re-sizing to screen, if I understand your requirement correctly.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
