all the videos online seem to have this window when you open the conditional formatting tab.

i'm using 2010 on mac and this is the window i get when i open the tab.

What other options are in the "Style" dropdown?

Many members are unable to see images in the *.png format due to forum compatibility issues with some browsers.

If you need to post an image post it in the *.jpg format.
