Take a look at the MROUND() function

Not really looking to round to a multiple. We have a business rule that states that a figure such as 4.625 must round down to 4 (or 4.6 or 4.62 as specified by the number of decimal places).
4.69 would still round down to 4, while 4.70 would round up to 5.
