To attach a file Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window. Remember to press "upload" and then "close the window" buttons

I attached one text file
The file has well defined, althought quite complex structure. Better suited to human reading than for machine.
To import it into excel, in a form which could be further processed, probably dedicated VBA code shall be prepared.
Just a slight warming here - It will be rather time-consuming task (code preparation).
Or use a program like Monarch to extract the data for you, that's what I typically do for data structured like this.

use the default fixed width (instead of delimited)
some editing would be required afterwards on certain rows this can be manually or you can do with via macro
