Cell Format

Dear all

I need to give specific format in a cell but i can not manage it.
In Cell A1 i have "Turnover"
In Cell A2 i have 2015
In Cell A3 i have 234,373

So in Cell A4 i need to concatenate all the above and get the following
EBITDA 2015: 234,3 (I am using this formula --> =A1&" "&A2&":"&A3

Instead of this i am getting EBITDA 2015: 234,373

There is anyway to give custom format in A4 in order to get the number of the concatenate formula with only one digit instaed of full number?
