Is there a way to select all the cells below a certain row?

    Is there a way to select all the cells below a certain row?

    I want to clear all the formatting and formulas to try and solve this sudden issue with it taking forever to open a particular spreadsheet.

    To clear spreadsheet from formatting or/and formulas click on the square located at the upper left corner of the spreadsheet (just above row 1) then go to Editing on the Home tab and click on Clear to see options.

    Ah! Got it. I'll just grab the cells on each sheet I want then create an entirely new document. Hope it works.
