ActiveX Combo Box Require to select "Linked" cell to differant cell not one specific cell

Have a worksheet with a number of cells where I want to enter names of various players. The ActiveX Combo Box looks great but I can only direct the selected name from the drop down list to one specified cell under "Properties".

Is there a way to select a particular cell and insert the name from the drop down box. Thanks

With some VBA code you could assign the combo box value to any cell. For example, here when the combo box is changed the active cell on the worksheet would receive its value:

*Note. This is just a basic bit of code and wouldn't be wise to use as it will fill any cell selected with the combo box value when changed. It can be adapted to be more specific.
