Is there any way i could add a conditional formatting to add borders based on merged cell height? Attached the example of the border if it helps. Thanks!Borders.png
ROW 2,3 & 4 are merged hence the horizontal borders are as shown.

Why do you want to merge cells at all? They are a DISASTER in the body of the data. they make the application of formulae 100% + more difficult. If you need a row/column to be wider... widen it, but you should avoid the use of merged cells...
