File downloads are coming up as PHP files?

Good afternoon,

Not sure where to post or ask this, but when I am trying to view an excel file from here to assist, the files are coming in as Php files and automatically opens Microsoft web matrix to view???

Has a setting here changed or has my IT department struck again

I've not suffered from that myself, but somebody else mentioned it yesterday - can't find the thread, though.
