    Help with If/Then formula

    I need help with this formula please

    If C7 <=-30% then I want an X, if >=-29.9% then I want a #, if <=30.1% I want a O

    Do you mean...

    Could you help with this one real quick.

    I want it to count the "X" but subtract if the cell has an "O"

    =COUNTIF(D7:T7,"X")
