SUMIF - Sum up all the total number when no specific criteria selected

Hi, I'm struggling in setting up the formula for my scorecard.

This is the scorecard for my team. I want it to show up the scorecard with total number when no criteria selected in a table. For example

Sales Team Customer Revenue
Johnny ABC $100k
Johnny BDE $50k
Sharon XFG $20k
Sharon PSR $60k

=IF(AND(SUMIF(A2:A4,"<>",C2:C4) & IF(AND('SUMIF(C2:C4,A2:A4,"Sharon") & IF(AND('SUMIF(C2:C4,A2:A4,"Johnny")

Not sure can this be done and hope any of you can advice me the correct formula. Please forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question. Thanks in advance!

Think you need to explain more.

"when no criteria selected"
So what method do you use to select criteria?

Attach a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
Use the Go Advanced option at the bottom of the page then scroll down to Manage Attachments as the "paperclip" method does not work on this forum.

Supply the reuslts of what you expect as your description is not that clear of what you want.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Agree we need more info. Your formula, as shown, will combine the totals, not add them (20 and 20 and 20 will become 202020 not 60)

I suggest that you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
