How to Hide Zero (0:00) & Pound Sign

Hello all,

Im working on my work Hours, I got some help from the forum with the formula, and I need more help.

in my attached excel file How can I hide the 0:00 in my D column? and in my F:16 i have this formula (=F8+F9+F10+F12+F13+F14)
but the results is showing me (#######).

In D8 and copy down

*For regular hours you should enter hours in format 8:00 and in E15 format cell as Custom, [h]:mm
then change your formula in F8 to:

Unfortunately, that question I can't answer. Did you apply Custom format [h]:mm cell in row 15?
