    i have one cell one date 12/05/2017 in another cell it need to come 12/05/2017 + 30 days

    i have one cell one date 12/05/2017 in another cell it need to come 12/05/2017 + 30 days = 12/06/2017 how to bring that ?

    if you have your date in A1 Then try below formula
    =A1+30

    It is working in my PC, I think date format you entered is not your system date format, please change the date format

    If your date in "A2" enter formula in "B2"
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    If you are dealing with dates, and just adding days to them, not sure why you would need to use INT()?

    Agree with Mr. Ford statement, as dates are store in excel as numbers and if we add any number into the date in excel it should work and make changes in dates.. May be as Post #5, Mr. Siva suggest your system date format is not matching with your entered date in excel cell.

    yes my system date format is mm/dd/yyyy. I need to work with it only. see this attachment. It was not working =+cell no + 30 days its not working.
