    I have attached 02 excel sheets, 1 sheet name is original another sheet name is working, now i want to workout in working sheet.
    In working sheet birth year col. is blank, in original sheets birth sheets is filled now I need to compare both sheets and bring in working sheet output birth year column need to fill from comparing of original sheets. I think lookup command is used for this. But i don't know how to do easily ?
    So may i request you to please provide me the clear solution.

    Kindly note both sheet common col. is borrower id. And if cell is blan in working sheet it need to be fill automatically some year.

    Vlookup isn't as good as a Nested Index/match formula, so I converted the it into it like so. F2 and copy down

    It appears my formula is a tad off, I probably have used the wrong references...that's what I get for not checking my work before posting
