Hi
I am trying to come up with a Travel Template that keep records of employee who had traveled overseas.
I would like to check if there are any way VBA can help to check what had been keyed in Colomn B (Name) such that when I am keying in a new row of data, a dynamic list would appear to the right of the cell.

Why not just use Data Validation?
