Autofill

Hi all, I am trying to create a roster for my work that changes each night. We all rotate around and do different jobs during the night. So I would like to know how I can setup the autofill to fill in different cells that are not adjacent to the first cell.

there appears to be a break in your pattern at truck 5. Is this intentional? Otherwise, the formulas in the attached will replicate the pattern for the first 4 rows.

Thanks for the reply's. We have a different team of workers come in every day. As you can see in the roster, we rotate every truck so you are doing something different. Not stuck doing the one job all day. So I would like to just enter the initials of the workers on row 1 then have excel autofill the rest of the roster. Is this possible and how do I go about setting up autofill so this would work?
