    Pivot Table: Dividing items on another in %

    Hello friends, Hope all is well!

    Please help me with the attached pivotTable here.

    I am trying to see results displayed in percentages of:

    a. SPARE divided by total count.
    b. MAINT. divided by total count.

    Can you please help me? thank you so much in advance!

    See if the attached does what you want. It would help if you edited your profile and told us what version of excel you are using.

    or you can try with calculated fields
