    Add/update rows from new worksheets

    Hi,

I am trying to get a workbook to update rows on a mainsheet with information from worksheets as they are added.

The worksheet is a template page and the information will always be in the same cells on the template worksheet when it is copied and edited.

I need the mainsheet to add a new row and update with the values from the new worksheet and to also be dynamic so that when the cells change on the worksheet it is reflected on the mainsheet.

I have tried some googling and some very basic VBA in an attempt to get this to work but I am stumped.

Attached is screenshots of the mainsheet and part of the worksheet. I need the values in K1, M1, O1, Q1 etc from the worksheet to auto add and update to the corresponding cell on the mainsheet as the template is copied into a new worksheet and for these values to be dynamic.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Jethrotc if you are not familiar with how to attach an Excel workbook:

(forget the 'paperclip' icon ... it hasn't worked for some time)

To attach a file to your post,
    • be sure to desensitize the data
    • click “Go Advanced” (next to Post Quick Reply – bottom right),
    • scroll down until you see “Manage Attachments”, click that,
    • click “Browse”.
    • select your file(s)
    • click “Upload”
    • click “Close window”
    • click “Submit Reply”

The file name will appear at the bottom of your reply.
