In Out Total Salary Earned Earned Leave C2 Formula : =(B2-A2)*24 E2 Formula : =C2*D2 F2 Formula : =E2*0.06
Yes this looks Perfect. Thank you so much. Just one question - what column / row would I put the formulas. I am just starting with excel. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

8:00 is 8 am ... 16:00 is 4 pm ... military time. Habit of mine to use 24 hour clock instead of 12 hour.
If the final answer is correct (4.80 hrs leave time) the formula is actually F2 Formula : =E2*6% (not 0.06) .... format F2 as NUMBER with 2 decimal places
