How to copy row height only?

There are 3 rows (say 1,2,3) that have to copy row height only (say to 4,5,6).
All rows (1 to 6) are not blank and hence cannot simply copy all from 1,2,3 to 4,5,6.

How to copy row height only, without affecting the data in 4,5,6?

To copy column Widths you can use Paste Special
Unfortunately it is not possible to paste row Height only without using VBA

As kev_ says, you can't copy row height without using VBA so a macro like this would copy row height from rows 1, 2 and 3 to rows 4, 6 and 6.

Or if you need something that can copy paste any number of row heights
    - user asked to select initial range (use mouse or type in box)
    - user asked to select any cell in first row of paste range (use mouse or type in box)
