hi london7871, seems like you'll need vba to perform that.
could you clarify further whether word in blue font is for entire cell or part of a cell?

london, if that is all in the same cell, you cannot fdo that with any formula or even Conditional Formatting, you will need VBA (code) for that
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
