Formula Dragging and skipping cells

ON Sheet tab "CTE" B3, I am wanting to return the value from sheet tab "running tab" F18
ON Sheet tab "CTE" C3, I am wanting to return the value from sheet tab "running tab" K18

So I am skipping 5 columns of info so the cells would look like this when dragging to the right:

..........B3..............................C3......................... D3...........................E3
='running tab'!f18 , ='running tab'!k18 , ='running tab'!p18 , ='running tab'!u18......

can you please attach a sample sheet, so that you can get enough help on this.

Try this in B3 of "CTE" and fill to the right.
