Need help with loading sheet

Hi Ultra Excellers database is not working now!! not sending data to database. Also can anyone help with setting up a chart to store information of earlier amber and lates for each run. A sheet after database. Put a screenshot of the marco's, if that is correct.

Also the image below shows what I am trying to get for earlys & on time = green.
amber (15 mins cushioning time after the on time ) = amber colour.
Then after the 15 mins is up it is a class as a late = red colour.

I am so close to completing this loading sheet for work tonight please if anyone has a bit of time help me that would much appreciated....
