Re: Locate New Record rows

The sample data is inadequate - it does not clearly show what you are describing and there are no duplicates. Why not simply add the new record to the bottom of the original sheets?

    Re: Locate New Record rows

If you copy/paste the new data OVER the old data,. and then remove any duplicates, you have just removed any means of finding any extra data.
I suggest that you add a helper column, leave the old data there and give that "set" a unique ID/code, then add the new data underneath, a;so with it's own unique ID - that way, you can then compare what you had, to the new stuff
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

    Re: Locate New Record rows

Copy the data Sheet 2, select the A2:F4 and copy it and then paste the same into sheet2 A4 cell. Now select the whole data in sheet 1 and press Alt->A-> you will see a window remove duplicate-> Unselect all then check mark only on borrower id and then ok. You will see only the unique values.

    Hope this would help you

    Re: Locate New Record rows

Do copy and paste the data from Sheet 2 to Sheet 1 then select whole data in sheet 1. Now press Alt->O->D you will get a window conditional formatting -> click on new rule-> Choose last option select a rule type -> Give this formula =COUNTIF($B:$B,$B2)=1 and choose format as you want.

    Check the attached file.
