Creating a chart that combines identical names as one of the values

The title might be a little hard to understand so I have attached a picture to help visualize my problem. The issue is, I am trying to combine the quarters so that there is only 4 bars(1 for each quarter) in my chart, whereas right now, it shows 9. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.Untitled.png
