Need Help Making a Break Schedule

    Hey all,

    Issue:
I'm trying to make a break schedule for my office in excel that will auto populate. It's shift work so people start at different times. What i'd like to do is be able to make a break schedule so that the user just needs to input the name and the start time, and excel will auto-populate the break schedule. Each person will work a 8 hour shift, and will take 3 breaks: a 15 minute break, a 30 minute break, and another 15 minute break.

However, the catch is that only two people can be on break at a time, so I was hoping to create a spreadsheet that will account for that. So say if two people start at 9 AM, their breaks would be at 11 AM - 15 minutes, 1 PM - 30 minutes, and 3 PM - 15 minutes. However, there will also be people starting at 1 PM, so at 3 PM there would be too many people taking breaks. I'd like excel to account for that, and push back the 2nd/3rd person break by 15 minutes.

    Main constraints:
    - Max 2 people on break at a time
    - Ideally, 30 minute breaks don't start at the same time
    - Priority of breaks is Break 3 > Break 2 > Break 1. So what I mean by this is if 4 people are suppose to go at 2 PM, The person who will be off first and has their last break (break 3) over the person who just started and will be going on their first break (break 1).

I'm pretty rusty at excel so any guidance/help would be appreciated. I'm more than happy to take a look at tutorials, but frankly I don't know where to start. I've attached an example spreadsheet with how it would roughly look like - although it got a bit too complicated to actually do without excel formulas, but it gives the jist of the idea.

    Thanks Leo! I appreciate it!

I copied the code, but it doesn't push back the breaks of the others. I'm not quite sure what i'm doing wrong, I've uploaded the updated file, any other help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
