i want to match the records from excel sheet1 to excel sheet 2, common is borrower id, in 2sheets borrower id and product type was same means then in sheet2 product type it was remain the same in that cell, suppose if was mismatch then it want to replace data from sheet1, suppose new data was here in sheet2 and in sheet1 it was not available means then in sheet2 it was remain the same
