    Combining data from rows

    Hi,
I have approximately 6000 rows of information but every 2nd row has information that needs to be combined with the one after:
Columns F to K and L to T are split on two separate rows. I need to combine them into the one row (using the data from Columns A to E - which is the same for each of the two rows).

    How do I do this?
    Many Thanks!!

    The easiest way is:

    1. Select L1 to t1. Home/Cells/Delete.

    2. Select Q3. Home/Sort and filter/filter.

    3. Select blanks.

    4. Select rows 4:anywhere below your data table. Home/Cells/Delete/Delete rows.

    5. Select Q3 and remove the filter.

    Re: Combining data from rows

Thanks Glenn, that is a big help!
An additional problem I have just found though is that down my actual list there is an occasional single entry which then throws things out! Also, some of the doubled entries are saved with values in columns F to K and L to T in opposite order!!
Is there a way of dealing with this?
Sorry for not clarifying this earlier, I just looked down the list and realised it may attribute incorrect values to columns A to E??

    Thanks..

Makes life much more difficult. Post a small representative sheet.

Hello Newbie1977 and Welcome to Excel Forum.
This is a hybrid feature/formula proposal.
Select A2:A27 and use the advanced filter feature to place unique records in column AA starting with cell AA2. (In the event that BaptistCare Shalom Centre is listed twice delete the first entry and select move cells up)
AB2:AT17 may then be populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
